  • So, I get to drive cars from different automakers, and no one is going to try to make me buy? This seems too good to be true. What's the catch?
    • There is no catch. Test Drive Studio was created to provide a pure test-driving experience, with no fees and no salespeople involved. When your test drives are complete, we’ll only ask you how we did. If you want to, you can share your opinions with friends and family by email, Facebook or Twitter.
  • If you're not selling cars, why are you doing this?
    • For many consumers, the car buying experience is less than pleasant. Many describe it as a big hassle or an unpleasant “game” they would rather not play. Test Drive Studio wants to change the way you shop for a new car. We’re a place to truly evaluate multiple brands without the pressure of “being sold.” We wanted to create an experience of freedom for the consumer; freedom from old beliefs about car-buying. Freedom from hassle. Freedom to compare different autos in the same class of vehicle. Freedom to decide for yourself. With such a platform of freedom, you might even discover value in a brand you hadn’t considered before.
  • Is Test Drive Studio a real company or is some other company behind it?
    • Waterfall Marketing, in Atlanta, created Test Drive Studio. After studying the auto shopping process (and as avid car fanatics ourselves) we saw how frustrating it was for consumers who just wanted to test drive a few cars they were considering. Driving to multiple dealers is a hassle, and the interaction at dealerships can also be uncomfortable. So we decided it was time to create a solution. We hope you like what we've come up with.
  • How does it work? How do I sign up to drive the cars?
    • You will be in control of this process, and it’s pretty simple. Our online reservation system will let you select the day and time you’d like to visit. When you arrive, the cars you selected will be ready. Take the time you need to compare and research each vehicle in a relaxed, stress-free and hassle-free environment. This is designed to be a pure test-driving experience.
  • Will there be someone with me from Test Drive Studio when I drive the cars?
    • No, you are able to take the car out on your own. We want you to have your ultimate driving experience without distraction and interference. Our friendly staff will tell you as much about the cars as you want to know, but only if you ask.
  • Can I bring my spouse? Or a friend?
    • If other family members or friends are involved in looking at new cars, bring them along to share the experience. Eliminate the confusion and misunderstandings that can happen when you try to explain after the fact what you liked or didn’t like about a car you drove.
  • What if I really like one of the vehicles; can I buy it?
    • Not from us! We have no salespeople and we don’t sell cars, so you won’t be able to buy a vehicle at Test Drive Studio.
  • Is there any way I can bring my kids?
    • Absolutely. But we need you to be responsible for them during your visit. If you take them on a test drive and they require a car seat, you will need to provide your own and install it. And due to insurance regulations all children under 13 years old MUST ride in the back seat of the vehicle.
  • How much time should it take for my test drives?
    • We estimate that a four-car driving experience will take about one and a half hours. But remember that you are in control of this process, so it's largely up to you. What is important to our team is that you enjoy a stress-free, hassle-free experience. You'll like being treated as a guest, not a "sales prospect." You'll be saving time by having several brands in one place, and you won't be running from dealer to dealer. So give yourself the time you deserve.
  • How old must I be to test drive a Test Drive Studio vehicle?
    • You must be at least 21 years of age, you will need a valid driver's license, and you must show proof of insurance.
  • How much does it cost to test drive a vehicle?
    • Absolutely nothing. Test Drive Studio offers this as a free service to car buying consumers. All we ask is you tell us what you thought of the vehicles you drove during your visit.
